Representative Jackie Speier Says the House Has Paid $15 Million on Behalf of Sexual Harassers

The government has paid out $15 million on behalf of members of Congress who were sexual harassers. There is new legislation to change the current policy that requires victims to sign a non-disclosure agreement and then are denied representation by counsel.
