Sri Lanka President Set to Resign after Fleeing Protesters that Stormed His Palace

President Rajapaksa is set to resign on Wednesday. His brothers and nephew also quit as ministers as Sri Lanka began running out of fuel, food and other essentials in the worst crisis since independence from Britain in 1948. Sri Lanka has defaulted on its $51 billion external debt and is seeking a bailout from the IMF.
