Bosnia and Herzegovina: Court Declares Mandatory Vaccines and Vax Passports Unconstitutional

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) issued a decision declaring mandatory vaccines and vaccine certificates (passports) are unconstitutional. The Court noted that both regulations were introduced by narrow segments of executive power branch.
