US President Donald Trump’s policies aimed at ‘making America great again’ openly include the waging of a trade wars against not only America’s trade partners, but also the rest of the planet.
As Trump continues to levy trade tariffs on America’s trading partners, despite international agreements stipulating that such actions will not be implemented, the team of nations opposing Trump’s trade policies continues to grow and hit back.

China on Saturday continued its second day of harsh criticism of the Trump administration for imposing tariffs set to go into effect on July 6.
A Chinese state newspaper said the US President had an “obsession with playing the disgraceful role of global economic disruptor.”
“The wise man builds bridges, the fool builds walls,” it said.
Earlier this year, Trump announced tariffs against Chinese goods, which prompted retaliatory tariffs from Beijing.
Trump followed up China’s retaliation with even further punitive measures, which China then responded to before negotiations in Washington managed to cool the tensions down somewhat.
While staring down the barrel of potential tariffs on autos being levied by the Trump administration, the Mexicans are considering their options.
One of those happens to be a retaliatory tariff on American grown soybeans and corn.
Mexico has been researching other suppliers from which to purchase these goods as well in order to dampen any negative impact on the Mexican economy that these tariffs might pose.
President Trump is following through on his threat to implement tariffs on $50 billion in Chinese imports, and China has vowed to retaliate. The tariffs are in response to an investigation that accused China of stealing US intellectual property in order to dominate the development of advanced technology.
