BETHLEHEM – Israel approved a draft law on Monday to implement a plan which will displace thousands of Bedouins in the Negev desert, an Israeli rights group said.
The Ministerial Committee on Legislation approved a bill which outlines a framework for implementing the Prawer-Begin plan, the Association for Civil Rights in Israel said.

UK charities have criticized British Prime Minister David Cameron for signaling that the foreign aid budget could be diverted to the country’s Ministry of Defence (MoD).

1) It buys worthless assets held by banks at 100 cents on the dollar. This subsidizes mortgage-backed securities (MBS) which were fraudulent. These purchases allowed the bankers who own the Federal Reserve to avoid doing jail time with common criminals.
