Search warrants released Tuesday shed light on new details of Waco, Texas Police Officer Willy Lopez’s arrest on a prostitution charge last week. Additionally the search warrant details an allegation that Lopez had previously recorded a woman cops know to be a prostitute having sex with him.
Lopez, 35, was arrested on Jan. 15 on a Class B misdemeanor charge of prostitution. A member of the Waco Police Department Street Crimes Unit, Lopez was expected to stop prostitution, but instead he used it to his advantage.

A Florida Highway Patrol trooper resigned Wednesday in the midst of being investigated for having sex on duty with a crash victim.
The crash victim’s husband, Robert Abruzzese, blew the whistle on the affair after receiving a text message that was sent to his wife’s phone from trooper Scott Maus. The latest sexual arrangement between Maus and the woman occurred in a church parking lot.

An award-winning New York sheriff’s deputy is facing 25 years in prison for a rape he is accused of committing in 2013.
Tompkins County sheriff’s deputy Scott Walters, 32, was indicted Friday on first-degree rape  and sexual abuse charges along with another man named Matthew Pinney, who is 30.

A Virginia cop has been arrested for downloading private sex videos from the cellphone of a suspect he arrested.
Then sending the videos to his own phone.
Colonial Heights cop Bryan Glinn Drake, 30,transferred short videos from the phones of a suspect and his girlfriend he arrested on drug charges in March.
A lawyer for the arrested suspect stated that during the arrest Drake searched through the phone and found the videos, which were “short but of an explicit nature.”
The videos were taken by the girlfriend of the suspect Drake arrested.

Prison nurses are hired to give medical attention to inmates, but one South Carolina nurse gave sexual attention to an inmate instead.
A Chester County Detention Center nurse was charged with having sex with an inmate and aiding an inmate’s escape from prison, according to a recently released Chester County Sheriff’s Office report.

Video has emerged showing a Miami Gardens cop who responded to a call about a woman running in traffic taking her to a hotel for sex instead of back to her home where she lived in July 2016.
The woman was too afraid to go to police.
“She didn’t run. She didn’t call the police. Because he was the police,” said attorney Stephan Lopez who represented the woman in a lawsuit, which has since been settled, along with attorney Phillip Ortiz.

A South Carolina deputy who posed as a 14-year-old boy online and coerced an 11-year-old into sending him nude photos of herself by threatening to spread the photos she’d already sent him pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of a child on November 6.
Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Sergeant Christopher Wilbanks, 41, dubbed himself “Redneck Rick” while communicating with the victim through the Kik app, but told the victim his real name was Jaden, according to an arrest affidavit.

It took more than a month, but the two New York City police detectives who acknowledged they had sex with a handcuffed teenager inside a police van after detaining her for drugs have been charged with first-degree rape.

A New York City politician is trying to make it illegal for cops to have sex with citizens they arrest, insisting that a citizen in custody is incapable of consenting.
Currently, it is only a violation of departmental policy, which means if a cop rapes a woman in handcuffs, then claims it was consensual, he may end up suspended with pay.
