If you’re skeptical of western power structures and you’ve ever engaged in online political debate for any length of time, the following has definitely happened to you:
You find yourself going back and forth with one of those high-confidence, low-information establishment types who’s promulgating a dubious mainstream narrative, whether that be about politics, war, Julian Assange, or whatever. At some point they make an assertion which you know to be false — publicly available information invalidates the claim they’re making.
A recent leaked email from an OPCW officer is even more damning evidence that its initial report from its own inspectors was doctored to point the finger at Assad. But who cares?
Was it Edmund Burke who said “the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing”? Sadly, this adage doesn’t apply to western leaders or the journalists in big titles which can’t admit to a ‘mea culpa’ on Douma chemical attacks.
This past week, UK Ambassador to the UN, Karen Pierce chastises Reps from Syria and Russia for accusing the US and UK of ‘fighting on the side of terrorists’ in Syria. However, the lady doth protest too much, methinks, as there’s no shortage of evidence to the contrary. Almost immediately, NATO forces began a retaliatory bombing campaign, with many others calling for an invasion to protect civilians from a massacre.
The Duran’s Alex Christoforou and Editor-in-Chief Alexander Mercouris discuss Fox News’ Tucker Carlson exposing the OPCW chemical weapons hoax report from Douma, Syria, which almost led to a war between the U.S. and Russia. An OPCW investigator and real whistleblower, has claimed that the OPCW’s findings in Douma, Syria misrepresented facts over related to the 2018 chlorine “attack.”
The OPCW has been forced to defend its Syria report after the whistleblower leaks managed to gain some mainstream media attention.

By Paul Antonopoulos | November 26, 2019 The “Syrian regime” and chemical weapons has become a constant mantra in the Western World and has become synonymous with the Syrian War since it began in 2011. One of the most famous cases was the April 2018 chemical weapon attack in the Damascene satellite city of Douma […]
