It seemed like only yesterday.All Democrats should have "F" grades from the NRA. And most do. So who doesn't?

That's what they do in Russia."Putin, the richest man on earth, is a murderous thug, who has his political opponents killed-- including journalists. So when he turned to the moron who he helped get into the White House and said, pointing menacingly to members of the press, "These are the ones who insulted you?" it shouldn't necessarily be taken as a joke.

When it comes to doing interesting things in 100 days, Donald Trump falls far short of Napoleon. Between early March and late July of 1815, Napoleon mounted a return to France after his exile on the island of Elba, in an attempt to restore his rule and former glory.

The fact that Donald Trump’s first ‘100 days’ as POTUS is being discussed to death might be irksome to latent Bonapartists, but it is also becoming irksome to me.

When the so-called ‘neo-conservative’ movement took over much of the Republican party towards the end of the Cold War, the movement was generally defined by ultra-hawkish politicians, keenly desperate to maintain and expand US global hegemony while embracing much of the ‘big government’ policies typically associated with many in the Democratic party.

Although car and truck ramming attacks have happened throughout the 20th and 21st century as a generally crude way to inflict violence on unsuspecting civilians, over the last three years, no fewer than seven ramming attacks using either cars or large trucks have been perpetrated in western Europe.
In all but one case, Salifst style jihadism has been the motive. Typically, ISIS also takes credit for the attacks, whether or not anyone in the ISIS controlled regions of the MENA actually had anything to do with planning the attacks or not.

A few weeks ago we pointed out that House Republicans repaid the NRA for al;l it;s support by getting rid of an extremely popular rule that sought to prevent the severely mentally ill from buying guns.
