Ervin Jeovany Alfaro-Lopez of El Salvador was working as a teacher in a church in Maryland when he allegedly raped four children. Police believe more victims may come forward. The victims’ ages ranged from 6-12 at the time of their abuse.

Las Cruces, New Mexico: Jonah Hernandez, a police officer and father, was reported to have been stabbed to death by a 29-year old 'trespassing suspect' who was subsequently shot dead by a witness.

ICE agents arrested two repeat-offender Mexican nationals at Sonoma County Court despite a California law prohibiting federal agens from making arrests at courthouses without a warrant from a judge. Juan Sanchez has been deported six different times in the last two decades. The 42-year-old suspect was also arrested three times for driving under the influence of alcohol between 2000 to 2002. His bail has been set at $500,000.
