JPMorgan Chase has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit filed by an unnamed Epstein victim late last year alleging that the financial firm knowingly benefited from former client Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking.

A lawsuit alleges that human trafficking was the principal business of the accounts Jeffrey Epstein maintained at JPMorgan. Banker Jes Staley is accused of forcibly and violently raping one of the victims, and is said to have told her that Epstein authorized him to do whatever he wanted to her.
