Pentagon officials announced Thursday the completion of an investigation confirming that a U.S. airstrike in Mosul against the Islamic State group killed at least 105 civilians, AFP reported. They maintain, however, that the high civilian toll resulted from a secondary explosion of Islamic State group explosives stored in the building.
(ANTIWAR.COM) Just a day after they bombed a village in the Mayadeen area, near the ISIS capital of Raqqa, US warplanes launched yet more airstrikes, and once again the indications out of the area is that everyone slain in the attacks was a civilian, bringing the two-day toll in excess of 50.
Days after US President Donald Trump signed $380 billion in business deals and a whopping $110 billion in arms sales to ISIS sponsor Saudi Arabia, a terrorist attack that has all the hallmarks of an ISIS/ISIS inspired attack at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester UK unfolds.
The Islamic State has not officially claimed responsibility for the attack, but all signs point to ISIS.

Israel has decided to “absorb” an unintended attack by Daesh after the terrorist group “apologized” for it, former Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon told reporters on Wednesday.
Accounts from witnesses and survivors cast doubt on American suggestions that the Islamic State group was to blame for the deaths of more than 100 people taking refuge in a house hit by a U.S. airstrike earlier this year in Mosul, the deadliest single incident of the months-long campaign to retake the Iraqi city.
U.S. officials said soon after the March 17 strike that investigations could find that militants forced people into the building, booby-trapped it with explosives, then lured in the strike.
