Trump was indicted for allegedly tampering with 2020 election results. He was charged with four counts that include allegations that he used fake electors in a scheme to overturn President Biden’s wins in several stated, obstructed a congressional proceeding on Jan. 6 and spread false election fraud claims knowingly.
