SCOTUS rejected Texas’s motion challenging the constitutionality of Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s wins in the key swing states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The Electoral College will meet to vote on Dec. 14, to cast their votes to make Biden president-elect of the United States.

A business may lose its license only if it violates a law or a state regulation. But there is no law that requires citizens to wear a mask in business establishments. All that exists is an edict from the Governor, who has no authority over any of these matters.
