Federal Secret Service Agent Attacks TIME Photographer During Trump Rally

A United States Secret Service agent was caught on several videos grabbing a photojournalist by the neck and slamming him down on the ground during a Donald Trump rally that had been interrupted by Black Lives Matter protesters earlier today in Virginia.
TIME Magazine photojournalist Chris Morris responded by kicking the agent off him, then standing up and placing his hands on the agent’s neck to demonstrate what had just been done to him.
The agent, a young hotheaded goon wearing a suit along with a badge, gun and ear piece, appeared to realized he had just screwed up.

U.S. Marshals Kill Wrong Man in Wrong Trailer While Trying to Serve Arrest Warrant in New Mexico

United States Marshals shot and killed the wrong man in the wrong trailer before turning their attention to the right trailer and arresting the right man early Saturday morning in New Mexico.
But now they are not admitting any wrongdoing.
However, 23-year-old Edgar Alvarado was shot dead before they eventually nabbed 25-year-old murder suspect George Bond.
Alvarado lived in trailer number 26 in the West Central trailer park in Albuquerque.
Bond was hiding out in trailer number 29, which was three trailers down.

FBI Surround Malheur Refuge as Nevada Assemblywoman Seeks Peaceful Resolution (Live Stream)

FBI Agents are surrounding the four remaining occupants of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in an ongoing situation that is being live streamed by activist Gavin Seim, who is on the phone with them.
The situation sound tense with the occupants saying they will not surrender.
Seim connected them with Nevada assemblywoman Michele Fiore, who said she has landed in Portland, and is trying to resolve the situation nonviolently.

U.S. Marshals Crash Van into Woman’s Car in Puerto Rico, then Pull Gun on Woman for Recording Them Before Driving Off

Two U.S. Marshals are coming under fire after slamming their van into a woman’s car, pointing a gun at her and then, after realizing she was recording them, taking off like nothing ever happened, proving they are held to even lesser standards in Puerto Rico.
Raquel Vélez, who recorded the video, says to make matters worse, the incident took place in front of a federal prison. She wasted no time in reporting the U.S. Marshals (one of them apparently is known as “Agent Rivera”) and highlighted how she could not believe they pointed a firearm at her when she had done nothing wrong.

BREAKING: FBI Releases Video of LaVoy Finicum Shooting

UPDATE II: 10:33 p.m. January 28, 2016.
The video was recorded from a fixed-wing FBI aircraft and shows the white truck that Finicum was driving had been pulled over by an unmarked law enforcement vehicle with emergency lights in its front grill.
He remains stationary for several minutes in the middle of the road, almost for four minutes, which were cut out in this edited version by the feds, before he began driving away (unedited version at bottom of article).
4:50 – He begins to drive away as the aircraft follows.

California Man Outraged Over Intensive TSA Pat-down of 10-Year-Old Daughter (Updated)

A California man who video recorded a TSA screener running her hands up and down his 10-year-old daughter’s body, placing special attention to the girl’s buttocks, breasts and inner thighs, and running her hands inside the girl’s dress, is accusing the TSA of going overboard during the intensive pat-down at a North Carolina airport last month.
But the Transportation Security Administration said they were only trying to keep everybody safe.
