WATCH: Texas Deputies Attempt to Intimidate PINAC Correspondent from Obtaining Complaint Form

Video taken by PINAC correspondent Phillip Turner captures Texas cops refusing to hand over a complaint form upon his request after he arrived at the Bee County Sheriff’s Office and explained he wanted to file a complaint against a deputy.
Instead, Liz, a woman working at the front desk , asked Turner to reveal the name of the deputy he intended on complaining about and insisted that in order to file a complaint, he would be required to write his name and contact information on a blank sheet of paper.

Florida cops arrested seven volunteers from an activist group called Food Not Bombs for feeding homeless people in a park Saturday afternoon.
Tampa police say they made the arrests because the group doesn’t have a permit to serve the food, which requires an insurance policy.
But Food Not Bombs has served food in the same park more than 100 times without problems, according to cltampa.com.

Florida Cops Keep Innocent Man in Jail for Eight Months, Resulting in $150,000 Settlement

The Fort Lauderdale police department got it wrong when they arrested the wrong man thinking he was a burglary suspect.
But the Florida police department still kept him in jail for eight months for the crime he did not commit.
Dmitry Lyubimov was not released until authorities finally acknowledged that they lacked physical and DNA evidence.
Now the city has reached a wrongful arrest settlement of $150,000 with the 26-year-old man.

Washington D.C. police released two body cam videos Wednesday showing them shooting and killing a man with a knife during a family gathering on Christmas Day.
But the videos beg the question as to whether they had to kill him.
After all, they had already cleared the home of all people except Gerald “Javon” Hall, the 29-year-old man holding the knife, who police say was threatening to kill his girlfriend with a knife.
But seconds before he was shot and killed, he shoved his girlfriend out the door and closed it.

North Carolina School Cop Placed on Paid Leave After Body Slamming Honor Roll Student, Causing Concussion

A North Carolina school cop has been placed on paid leave for body slamming a female honor roll student so hard it caused a concussion, according to ABC11.
A nine-second video posted to Twitter on Tuesday shows Rolesville police officer Ruben De Los Santos body slamming 15-year-old Jasmine Darwin, who was apparently trying to break up a fight between another girl and her sister.

California Cops Detain and Assault Man for Video Recording Police Parking Lot from Public Sidewalk

A man who was video recording from a public sidewalk outside a California police station was confronted by a cop, who “asked” him to sit down on the sidewalk while grabbing his arm, threatening to arrest him for the crime of recording police cars, which is not a crime.
But the man with the camera, whose YouTube username is Robbie Estabrook, remained calm, refusing to sit while telling the cop to stop assaulting him.
Oxnard police officer Thomas Payn claimed he was not assaulting him while maintaining a firm grasp on his arm.

Florida Deputy Kills Himself After Losing Job for Groping Man and Trying to Extort Him for Sex

Trazell McLeod was eight months into his job as a Broward County sheriff’s deputy when he groped a male security guard’s genitals, threatening him with arrest if he did not have sex with him on a regular basis, which led to the deputy’s termination and arrest on extortion charges.
On Tuesday, two months after his arrest, he was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The 20-year-old man had pleaded not guilty to the charges, but had been informed he would not be given the opportunity to appeal the termination.

Newly Elected West Virginia Sheriff Arrested Two Days After Taking Office for Stealing Meth from Property Room

Matthew “Bo” Williams was a West Virginia cop who decided to run for Roane County Sheriff last year, winning the election in November before he was sworn into office on Sunday.
He was arrested Tuesday for stealing methamphetamine from an evidence locker at his previous job.
Police and prosecutors say he had been addicted to methamphetamine for more than a year, something he admitted to them in November.
But something he never disclosed during his campaign.

Award-Winning Michigan Cop Charged with Shooting Teacher in School, then Lying to Cover up for Himself

An award-winning Michigan school resources officer who fired a gun inside a classroom last year, striking a teacher in the next room – then acting as if somebody else fired the shot, leading to the school being placed on lockdown as they searched for an imaginary gunman, – was criminally charged last week.
Bay County sheriff’s deputy Adam Brown, a former “Officer of the Year,” is now facing up to six years in prison for the negligent shooting and the ensuing coverup.

A man claiming to be an American law enforcement officer tried to use his badge to get into a nightclub through a back door in the United Kingdom in the early hours of New Year’s Day, threatening to have the doorman fired if he did not comply with his demands.
But the doorman was not intimidated, ordering the American to use the front door like everybody else.
Obviously, Blue Privilege is not as respected in England as it is in the United States.
