I lost count years ago about the number of arguments I've had with lo-info Dems who freak out when DWT turns into an unfriendly environment for Blue Dogs, New Dems and others from the Republican wing of the Democratic Party. I've been hearing the belly-aching for years and I tend to just ignore it entirely now.

They are deeply dismayed that exposure of charter school problems and criticism of charter schools is becoming more mainstream and common place. Fewer people seem to be buying the charter school hype.
It is refreshing to finally see so many national organizations (e.g., National Education Association, Network for Public Education, National Alliance for the Advancement of Colored People, and Black Lives Matter) finally speak out more publicly and vocally against charter schools and the endless problems surrounding them. It is also uplifting to see the demands being made by these same organizations for improved education for all youth.
A federal judge in Virginia’s Eastern district court has ruled that a Loudon County elected official censored a citizen by blocking them on Facebook in a First Amendment protected public forum.
Brian Davison is trying to keep the Loudoun County School Board accountable but has faced a prolonged campaign of censorship and retaliatory claims by Board Members with serious financial conflicts of interest in the charter school industry and who have voted on issues that impact pay for family members.

Moukawsher ruled that while the state of Connecticut is providing adequate funding for its school districts, the methods by which those funds are being distributed violates the state’s constitution.
