2020 presidential nomination

Before we look at what they're saying now, let's look at the records of some of the candidates running for president who have records. Let's start with the 2002 vote to authorize the attack on Iraq. 21 Democratic senators and 126 Democratic Reps voted against going to war. Some of them are running for president-- as are some of the people for voted for the wat, either because they're war mongers or because they're too stupid to understand when they're been played-- in either case, m unfit for public office. None of the senators who voted NO are among the current candidates.

Biden is playing it very cautious, keeping away from voters and making sure every situation he's in is tightly controlled by his campaign. They don't want any of the slip-ups and embarrassing gaffes that have plagued his political career. While the other candidates are reaching out and touching as many voters in the early states as they can, Biden is playing hard to get and very low key.

Biden with his buddy Jesse Helms (KKK-NC)African-American primary voters-- especially African-American women primary voters-- are leaning heavily in favor of Joe Biden right now. As we saw earlier, they're not really leaning as much towards Biden as they're leaning towards Obama's rib.

The visceral hatred most people I know have for Trump sometime drives them crazy. I'm not joking. People I would have never expected it from wish him dead. They wish his family dead. The reactions shock me-- and I'm the one who's supposed to be the furthest left! Almost all of them are so infuriated by Trump that they're actually willing to entertain helping elect the worst possible Democratic alternative, Status Quo Joe Biden.

I've written a lot about why I don't think Kirsten Gillibrand would make a good president and there's no need to reiterate all of that again here. But one thing I never doubted was her skill as a politician. I've seen it first hand for over a decade. So why is her campaign failing so abysmally?

Yesterday, Biden made what now calls his "official" campaign kickoff event-- meaning the one at the home of the Comcast lobbyist for multimillionaires wasn't and that the one in the Potemkin Village union hall in Pittsburgh wasn't.

You probably read about Status Quo Joe's babbling nonsense about how there would be a post-Trump Republican epiphany and everyone would live happily every after in the neoliberal/neocon world that has always been home base for Biden himself. Him and his "Republican friends." Yesterday we looked at this aspect of Biden's cluelessness from a progressive angle.

Lara Trump isn't supposed to be the brightest of the Trump menagerie and she's certainly always welcome at Fox.
