Missouri: Retired St. Louis Police Captain David Dorn, 77, Killed by Looters

Stephen Cannon, 24, was arrested on Sunday and charged with first-degree murder for the death of Dorn, and was also charged with robbery, burglary, armed criminal action and felon in possession of a firearm.
