The Swamp Revisited by Nancy OhanianYesterday both Trumpanzee and Huckabee's unfortunate daughter were tweeting a stat from the new Quinnipiac poll that "66% of people feel the economy is 'Excellent or Good.' That is the highest number ever recorded by this poll." What they didn't note was the question that asked if Señor T's policies are helping or hurting the economy? Only 39% thought they were helping. and when asked you was more responsible for the current economy, 49% said Obama and only 40% said Trumpy-the-Clown.Perhaps whoever suggested Trump blog about the Quinnipiac poll should have examined it more closely. The headline was that most Americans feel that Trump is unfit to be president and that his first year in office was a chaotic disaster. Perhaps Trump has been used to report cards like this-- we'll never know because he's threatened to sue any school that releases his records-- but grading Trump's first year in office, 39% of voters give him an "F," while 17% give him a "D." Trump gets an "A" from 16 % of voters, a "B" from another 16% and a "C" from 11% of voters.Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll said it's been "a very tough Freshman year" for Señor Trumpanzee. "Considered an intelligent person with a really bad report card, filled with far more 'F's' than 'A's' or 'B's', the president is a long way from the Dean's list in the eyes of voters."
• 63 -34% that he is not honest;• 59 -39% that he does not have good leadership skills;• 59 -38% that he does not care about average Americans;• 59 -39% that he is a strong person;• 65 -32% that he does not share their values.
I bet none of the sycophants in the White House Trump has surrounded himself with dared show him the way voters described him when they were not given a multiple choice but encouraged to pick any word they wanted:A majority of Americans (51%) are pessimistic about the future for as long as Trump is in the White House. 45% feel optimistic. 60% of Whites with college degrees are pessimistic. 66% off whites with college degrees say Trump is dishonest. Blacks are more perceptive, 83% recognizing he's a liar. The trend has been clear-- there the voters see of Trump, the more certain they've become he's full of shit. When Quinnipiac first started asking about his honesty in November, 2016, 52% said he was a liar and it's risen steadily, with today's 63% being the highest even of Americans knowing Trump's a lying sack of shit. And here's the stats for teh fitness to serve question:
