At least 18 people are dead and 13 more were injured after a gunman shot up a bowling alley and bar during a youth night event. Suspect Robert Card is still at large. Mr. Card has a mental health history, including a 2-week stay this summer at a facility after he allegedly made threats about carrying out a shooting.
