Las Vegas: Man Left Unable to Speak, Walk, See, Or Even Breathe 36 Hours After Getting a Flu Shot

Shane Morgan got a flu vaccine and less than two days later, he began to lose feeling in his arms and legs and was rushed to the hospital, unable to see, walk, speak or breathe unassisted.  He is still in the hospital and has been diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome.
