Henry Kissinger was a founding member of the elitist Trilateral Commission that spawned todays drive toward Technocracy, aka the UN's Sustainable Development. Kissinger also force-fed population control to the UN. The infamous "Kissinger Report" in 1974 laid the groundwork.
