Kentucky Couple Who Refused to Sign Isolation Order Were Placed Under House Arrest

Elizabeth Linscott took the test because she wanted to visit her grandparents, but she tested positive for the coronavirus. She and her husband refused to sign a self-isolation order, and have now been placed under house arrest and wear ankle monitors.
