Covid-19 'cases' are surging in California, based on PCR and antibody tests that do not even test for a virus. Governor Newsom and other Democrat leaders are using the increasing meaningless numbers to enact tyrannical policies that include closing restaurants and other small businesses and issuing stay-at-home orders.
