Video: Police Release First Body Cam Footage of Las Vegas Massacre

(ANTIMEDIA) Las Vegas, NV — On Tuesday evening, the Las Vegas police department released footage of the chilling scene at the Mandalay Bay hotel as Stephen Paddock fired down into a crowd of over 20,000 people at the Route 91 Harvest country music festival. The images, captured by officer body cameras as the tragic episode unfolded, were put out by the department as a condensed three-minute compilation of events.
There were at least 67 body camera videos from officers at the scene, according to Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo, who oversees the Vegas police department.
Given the massive amount of footage captured by officer body cams, it is obvious that the clip released by the department is just a minuscule window into what law enforcement witnessed during the massacre.
