Man Passes Out, Crashes While Driving and Wearing Anti-Virus Mask

Recently, Harris County, Texas made face masks mandatory for people in public. In response, Galveston County Judge Mark Henry released a statement saying, "I will not be mandating it because I believe it is unconstitutional to do so.”
