Las Vegas: 223,469 Mail-In Ballots Bounced as ‘Undeliverable’ in Recent Primary Election

In a vote-by-mail system, a large percentage of voters, who otherwise might go to the polls, would not be able to vote. No one knows for sure what will happen to those undeliverable ballots, and it is not paranoia to believe that many of them will be mailed in by unknown partisan activists.
