Former New Jersey Cop Arrested for Showing Motorist his Genitals Arrested for Sexually Assaulting Teen in Burger King Bathroom

Jason Miller was a New Jersey cop when he was caught on his dash cam pulling male motorists over to show them his penis, unzipping his pants to give them a close-up view of his genitals before walking back to his car without writing any citations.
It was a practice the Newton police officer had been doing for several months, turning off his dash cam to allow himself to shove his genitals in their faces without it being recorded.
But there were times he forgot to turn the camera off, which led to his arrest after the department received two anonymous tips, prompting investigators to review his dash cam footage.
He ended up arrested on several charges of lewdness, official misconduct and tampering with public records, but struck a plea deal to avoid serving jail time or having to register as a sex offender.
Instead, he pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence and sentenced to two years probation in June 2015. He was also forced to resign and forbidden to ever work as a New Jersey cop again.
On Thursday, the 39-year-old man was arrested again; this time for following a 16-year-old boy into a Burger King bathroom and sexually assaulting him – leaving a three-year-old child unattended in the restaurant while doing so.
Miller claims the teen came onto him, but the teen said it was Miller who came onto him, according to the New Jersey Herald.
But New Jersey State Police believed the teen, arresting Miller on charges of second-degree sexual assault, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
He was also jailed on a $200,000 bond with no ten percent option to bail out, so it is evident he is no longer protected by the Blue Privilege he once had.
And maybe he will finally be forced to register as a sex offender.
