The situation in Syria has changed over these last few weeks, and for the betterment of the Syrian nation and the Syrian people who want their nation free of US/Israel/NATO scourge interference.... The Syrian Government forces launched their long awaited assault on the Idlib pocket of last stand US backed "rebel" resistance, and have been making some remarkable headway in finally taking out that pocket.... The only thing holding up the advance towards the center of the pocket itself were the recent calls for "ceasefire" which were rejected by the so called "rebels" themselves! Meanwhile, the last vestiges of the US fraud of "ISIS" have all but been eliminated right across Syria...And in the northeastern US controlled 'SDF" region of Syria on the northeastern banks of the Euphrates River we find reports that the civilians trapped and held hostage by the criminal US control have had enough of their American criminal occupation and have been openly rebelling against that occupation.... The situation is presently dire for the US/Israel/NATO scourge and their want to see Syria destroyed is all but ended....However, there have been rumblings for weeks now that the criminal US "rebels" would be launching at least one more of their patented, diabolical "chemical weapons" attacks on innocent civilians in the Idlib pocket.....Apparently the criminal US/Israel/NATO scourge has been hoping that the gullible public would have their usual short attention spans, and that they could once again launch yet another of these false flag attacks in the hope that they could pull off the scam of blaming such an attack on the Syrian government.....Preparations have in fact been well under way for months now to pull off this new and very fraudulent "chemical weapons" attack, and apparently they may have in fact pulled off this scam just last weekend!Right now, I do want to present the following report that comes from the Southfront website, at www.southfront.org, where apparently not only have we just had yet another fraud 'chemical weapons" attack take place in Lattakia province in northwestern Syria, but the US is ready to attack Syria once again over this fraud! This article is entitled: "US Adopts Al-Qaeda Claims Of Chemical Attack, Promise "Quick And Appropriate" Response", and I have my own thoughts and comments to follow:U.S. ADOPTS AL-QAEDA CLAIMS OF CHEMICAL ATTACK, PROMISE “QUICK AND APPROPRIATE” RESPONSEIllustrative imageThe U.S. has adopted the claims of the former branch of al-Qaeda in Syria, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), accusing the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) of carrying out a “chemical attack” on the town of Kabani in northern Lattakia on May 19.In an official statement by the Department of State, Washington said that it is monitoring “signs” that the SAA may be “renewing its use of chemical weapons.”Washington based its accusations on the claims of HTS, which said that SAA targeted positions of its “Mujahedeen” near Kabani with three munitions loaded with “chlorine gas.” The terrorist group itself acknowledged that no one was killed or even injured in the supposed attack.
“We are still gathering information on this incident, but we repeat our warning that if the Assad regime uses chemical weapons, the United States and our allies will respond quickly and appropriately,” the Department of State said in its statement that was released on May 21.
The Department of State didn’t only adopt al-Qaeda narrative, but went on to claim the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) had proved that chemical weapons were used by the SAA in previous cases, which is false. The department even accused the army and Russian forces of “fabricating” the November 24 chemical attack on the government-controlled city of Aleppo.These accusation provoked responses not only from pro-government outlets but also from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), a strict supporter of the opposition.In a press release posted on its official Facebook page, the UK-based monitoring group slammed the U.S. accusations, saying that no “chemical attack was documented in northern Lattakia”. The group also confirmed that there are no civilians in the region, which is occupied by HTS and other “Jihadi” groups.
“I don’t know how the U.S. is adopting the information of the al-Nusra Front [HTS’ original name] in a region, where only al-Nusra’s members are present … I don’t know why the U.S. is adopting something that we found no evidence for on the ground,” director of the SOHR, Rami Abd al-Rahman, said in a phone call with the BBC on May 21.
The Department of State’s statement is the clearest evidence of how the U.S. uses the “chemical weapons” pretext to pressure Damascus, even if that meant empowering terrorist groups, including al-Qaeda.More on this topic:
