Canada's FM Stephane Dion Forgets Terrorists in Aleppo. Forgets Canada Violated Syrian Territory.

-Ridicules the ceasefire ongoing in Aleppo, presently.-Doesn't mention that NATO's proxy thugs are simply refusing to leave Aleppo- while forcing civilians to stay-Doesn't mention that ISIS/AQ/Kurdish proxies are targeting civilians. Canada too as bombs are dropped from planes adorned with the Canadian flag How do you like your perception managed? Global News

Foreign Affairs Minister Stephane Dion is at the United Nations in New York to try to ratchet up pressure on Russia and the Syrian government to stop bombing Aleppo and allow in much-needed humanitarian assistance. Dion will call out Russia and Syrian President Bashar Assad by name during a special session of the UN General Assembly organized by Canada and supported by more than 70 other countries. The minister will ask the UN Security Council to break the impasse that has prevented the international community from intervening Syria Dion says Canada asked for the special session so countries could express frustration at the current situation in Syria, and to try to put extra pressure on Russia and Syria to end five years of fighting.

Dion asked for this special session to manipulate the mass mind and distract from the Mosul onslaught- which includes Canadian Special forces ON THE GROUND- And Canadian bombing, too! Of places like Mosul University  National Post

Churkin went on to note that Dion had made no mention of either the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant or other terrorist groups, and he appeared to question if Canada was committed to fighting such elements.

Canada is committed to fighting alongside terrorists, not against them, obviously. Or surely ISIS or AQ would have entered his mind and their names would have passed their lips

Syrian Ambassador to the UN Bashar Jaafari also attacked Canada, accusing it of violating his country’s sovereignty by deploying military forces inside Syria without permission.

Churkin took it further then Stephan's failure to mention terrorists and pointed out how conveniently Ban Ki Moon forgot all about terrorists too!Link

"What is happening in this room makes us really puzzled. How comes that when speaking about the situation in Syria, about the toughest humanitarian situation there, the UN Secretary General makes no mention about the terrorist organizations whatsoever - neither Jebhat al-Nusra nor the Islamic State? Is tackling terrorism not one of the main goals of the United Nations?" Churkin said

Russia’s envoy mentioned the Resolutions of the UN Security Council 2249 and 2254, which require countries "to liquidate the safe location that terrorists had created on major parts of the Syrian territory." "In this respect I have a question whether Secretary General takes into account these Resolutions of the Security Council when he speaks about Syria?" Churkin said

Buffoon man Stephane Dion, like Ban Ki doesn't mention the Belgian allies (NATO) killed a bunch of civilians The Belgians deny it, but, you can be sure they did kill civilians. As Canada has. The US has killed civilians. France too! In fact it's quite clear that civilians are being killed in Mosul, presently, by the allies. But, they aren't talking about that!Link

MOSCOW (Reuters) - The Russian Foreign Ministry said on Friday it had summoned the Belgian ambassador to complain about what it said was Belgium's "stubborn denial" of allegations that Belgian military jets had killed civilians in an air strike near Aleppo in Syria.

The Russian Defence Ministry and the Russian Foreign Ministry say two Belgian F-16 jets bombed a settlement in Aleppo province on Oct. 18 and killed six civilians, a charge Belgium says is false.

Moscow has held up the alleged incident as an example of what it complains are the West's double standards when it comes to condemning air strikes on civilians in Syria, something the Russian air force has regularly been accused of but denies.

The Russian Foreign Ministry said it had summoned Alex Van Meeuwen, Belgium's ambassador to Moscow, to hand over what it said was Moscow's evidence backing up its accusations and to express its disbelief over what it called the "continuing stubborn Belgian denial" of the bombing allegations.Belgian Defence Minister Steven Vandeput said in a statement on Thursday that Russia had fabricated the evidence against his country to falsely accuse the Belgian air force. He demanded Moscow issue a formal retraction of what he said was "a groundless and unsubstantiated allegation."

The Belgians will acknowledge the attack at some later date, will cite fog of war, and express sympathy and sorrow. Later. Stephan Dion was perhaps unaware that the UN along with Russia and Syria were attempting to deliver aid to eastern Aleppo but their terrorists were preventing the deliveries!RT

Both Al-Nusra Front and Ahrar ash-Sham, along other organizations cooperating with them, are ultimately sabotaging UN efforts to restore the delivery of humanitarian assistance to eastern Aleppo, [carried out] with [Russia's] support and the support of the Syrian government,” Lavrov told the press on Friday. “[They] explicitly shell those routes through which such humanitarian aid can be delivered.”

The UN humanitarian agency on Friday said it is currently unable to conduct medical evacuations from Aleppo due to lack of security. The agency said it plans to use Days 3 and 4 of the four-day pause in fighting in the Syrian city for medical evacuations and aid delivery, but it is still awaiting security guarantees, AP reported.

State Department unconcerned about Al Nusra- Like Stephane Dion they are on message 'bad Russia' bad Syria

Asked if Al-Nusra’s presence in East Aleppo was an obstacle to the cessation of hostilities, Kirby once again tried to shift the responsibility on Syria and Russia.

“The only thing that stands between where we are now and a permanent and enduring ceasefire in Syria is Bashar al-Assad and his supporters,” Kirby said. “We recognize Al-Nusra as a spoiler, we have concerns about co-mingling, I’ve talked about this ad nauseam.” On Thursday, however, the militants opened fire on civilian evacuation routes, injuring three Russian officers at the El-Masharka government checkpoint, the Russian Center for Reconciliation said.

The terrorists have no interest in this ceasefire and opportunity to exit Aleppo, same as their American and Canadian partners in NATO
