BEHAVIORAL TECHNIQUES
-It's the practice of self-responsibility and the practice of self-assertiveness
-what comes first: motivation or action?
-keeping records of things done to dispute the idea "I am ineffective"
-2-minute rule
-Shame attacking exercise – for people that put themselves down or worry about disapproval of others
