Portland Police Dept. Has 120 Vacancies, But Only 3 Out of 60 Applicants Pass Background Check

Due to Portland City Council seeking the advice of Black Lives Matter in writing new police contracts, and a pro-Antifa attitude inside the Portland Police Bureau, many officers have retired early, transferred, or simply quit, resulting in 120 vacant positions within the department.
