California Approves Toilet-to-Tap Recycled Sewage Water for Use as Drinking Water

California and Colorado are the only two states that allow wastewater to be used for drinking water. The CalMatters article cited 'climate change' as the cause of water shortages in California, but radical environmental regulations limiting water distribution is the major cause of 'man-made' drought in the state.
