Another Terrorist Attack In Turkey- With Friends like These.... Coup 2.0 & More

Yup, I'm  a day late with this post. But, I managed to round up some interesting little tidbits.Including some very enlightening quotes that I found  to be under reported- Or out of context so their full meaning cannot be grasped.... Headlines screamed 'erdogan blames the kurds' but he didn't exactly blame the kurds as you will see and read. And the Deputy Prime Minister  offered up some insights too. We're going to get to that and more so have no worries.......sputnikLink

The blast in the central Anatolian city of Kayseri happened at around 8:45 a.m. local time and targeted a civilian bus carrying troops on weekend leave from a nearby commando base, Turkey's armed forces said in a statement. At least 56 people, including 48 servicemen, have been injured in the attack, Turkish officials said.

"Those who failed to invade Turkey on July 15 are trying today to discourage Turkey with terrorism and push our people to despair," Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu said in Kayseri hours after the attack, without naming a culprit. "Terrorism in Turkey will end; we are determined to do this."

What party tried to invade Turkey on July 15/2016? It wasn't the Kurds, so what player/destabilizer is being referenced here?Reuters:

Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus said similar materials were used in both attacks. In comments probably aimed at Washington, he called on Turkey's allies to stop support for militants.

He also said something far more interesting-

"This is what we expect from our friends: Not just a few messages of condemnation, but for them to fight on an equal ground against these terrorist organizations with us," Kurtulmus said in a television interview.

Gosh who are these "friends"? Cause Russia is on board with fighting terrorists-Putin tells Erdogan: Russia ready to enhance cooperation with Turkey on anti-terror fights

Russian President Vladimir Putin has told President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan that his country is ready to increase cooperation against terrorism, Kremlin said on Saturday, as Turkey's central Kayseri province was hit by another terror attack perpetrated by the PKK terrorist organization.Putin called Erdoğan shortly after the attack, which killed at least 13 soldiers and injured 55 others, to express his condolences to Erdoğan.

He reportedly said that he was sure the response to such terrorist attacks should be a more resolute struggle against terrorist groups

So the 'friends' comment is not aimed at Russia Pay attention to what Erdogan says:Times colonist:

"We know that these attacks we have endured are not unrelated to happenings in Syria and Iraq, or even our economical fluctuations," Erdogan said.

Flashback: Turkey Faces Economic Sabotage. Turkey Paid IMF Debt in 2013  Let's see... Turkey cooperated with Russia in Syria to the chagrin of it's NATO 'allies'As mentioned in this post Russia and Turkey Pushed the West Out of Syria

The Istanbul bombing. More of the same destabilization that's been going on for years now. But it also looked to me like a ‘shot across the bow”- A warning.  The timing of the Istanbul bombing, immediately preceding the imminent liberation of Aleppo?

So Aleppo is liberated. Russia, Turkey, Iran et all are cooperating together and quite obviously the US/France/UK/Israel team is furious! In fact on December 27 there will be a meeting in Moscow.. Turkey, Russia, Iran to hold meeting on Syria in Moscow on December 27 to discuss Syria and more These nations are all cooperating Let's put the three quotes all together... to maximize the understanding and impact of the separate statements

"Those who failed to invade Turkey on July 15 are trying today to discourage Turkey with terrorism and push our people to despair," Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu  "Terrorism in Turkey will end; we are determined to do this."
"This is what we expect from our friends: Not just a few messages of condemnation, but for them to fight on an equal ground against these terrorist organizations with us," Kurtulmus said

"We know that these attacks we have endured are not unrelated to happenings in Syria and Iraq, or even our economical fluctuations," Erdogan said.

Reuters surmises these comments are "probably aimed at Washington" It seems to me these comments are DEFINITELY aimed at Washington. No if's, and, or buts about it! Turkey coup 2.0- American Enterprise Institute aka Neo-Con CentralAEI- Michael Rubin

Earlier this afternoon, I wrote about how the battle for control within the military is accelerating with one faction openly defiant of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Word out of Turkey suggests that Erdogan is taking the situation seriously.

The instability may expand beyond Erdogan and elements more loyal to Dogu Perincek: One ex-police chief has also speculated that followers of Fethullah Gülen, thousands of whom have been purged, arrested, or dispossessed of their property, might also try to assassinate Erdogan. That is a charge Gülen’s followers would deny—they have said they eschew violence and deny the accusations that any top officials were involved in the abortive coup.

Dogu Perincek- The Maoist? Can anyone enlighten me as to who this communist is?Neo-Cons (judaics?) and Kurds love Communism.Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan arrives for the funeral ceremony for police officer Hasim Usta who was killed in Saturday’s blasts, in Istanbul, Turkey, December 12, 2016. But, behind-the-scenes, there is a story with ramifications as great: the competition for control of the military between followers of Erdogan on one hand and those of ultra-nationalist and former Maoist political leader and businessman Dogu Perincek on the other.

Perincek’s followers have long occupied top roles in the Turkish military, which was fine when Erdogan and Perincek sought to take on common enemies: Kurds, liberals, followers of Fethullah Gülen etc. I had previously written about the Erdogan-Perincek struggle within the Turkish military here, but now it seems that the conflict may be accelerating.

In recent days, Perincek has appeared on television and insisted Erdogan give up on his dreams of changing the constitution. He has cited a letter from a member of his political party calling for a popular rebellion and has now openly called for a change in government. Perincek has also suggested that Turkey could be aflame by March. One prominent Perincek supporter, prominent retired air force officer Ahmet Zeki Ucok has openly said there will be a new coup, but with full buy-in from all levels of the Turkish military.

To make a business analogy, Erdogan may have become Enron, his fall inevitable even as he projects an image of strength and stability. Either Erdogan goes or Perincek does. That Perincek still walks free perhaps answers the question about who will survive.

I read a whole heck of a lot of Turkish news - in English- Haven't heard of this communist Perincek- Michael Rubin has. Which leaves me with more questions about who he is? And who his friends are? Watch out Turkey cause the neo cons have your nation in their sights and they have for years now.Information appreciated? From Earlier:
