WASHINGTON, D.C.– Less than two weeks after the Trump administration’s controversial missile strike on a Syrian government airbase, the U.S. Treasury has moved to place sanctions on 271 Syrians who the U.S. alleges are involved in the research and production of chemical weapons.
If confirmed, James Donovan would be the sixth member of President Donald Trump’s administration with ties to Goldman Sachs.

(ANTIMEDIA) Donald Trump’s cabinet picks have raised doubts about his commitment to the anti-establishment platform he promoted during the presidential race. Though he drew praise shortly after the election for taking meetings with people as diverse as Democratic Senator Tulsi Gabbard and a libertarian who advocates abolishing the Federal Reserve, his final selections were less predictable.
