My thoughts are this is all related to the desired no fly/safe zone...
Trump To "Supersize President Obama's Strategy to Defeat Islamic State"
-The first phase of a series of multiphase campaigns should prioritize seizing and securing a base of operations in southeastern Syria to create a de facto safe zone in the region.
-Subsequent phases will require establishing a no-fly zone in southern Syria
Also mentioned last night: Syrian Kurdish Safe Zones Could Thwart Iranian Threat to IsraelBecause ISIS has an airforce, called the IDF, doncha know? The best no fly zone would most obviously be US/Israel staying out of Syrian airspace! But that is not what has been discussed by the Trump administrationBefore getting to the situation between Israel and Syria... the US bombed a mosque and killed as many as 40+ civilians. They are not denying the airstrike. Their pals over in Israel are not denying their attack on Syria either- Find anything odd about that? I believe the two incidents are related on one another and the desired safe/no fly zone plan- Notice this all occurred in time for the Friday western media cycle? The Mosque Attack- Airstrike owned by the USAl Masdar is reporting 57 dead almost 100 injured
Some 300 people, mostly civilians, were present inside the Al-Jinah mosque as it was abruptly hit during prayer time by an airstrike, burying many beneath the rubble. US claims deadly north Syria strike, denies targeting mosque
Digital Journal reporting the US is owning the airstrikeDenying the targeting but admitting to the strike. My answer to denying the target? If you launched the deadly strike that hit the mosque- then you killed all the civilians- Period
“The US military says it carried out an air strike in northern Syria against an Al-Qaeda target, but denies deliberately targeting a mosque where at least 42 people were killed according to an independent monitor."We did not target a mosque, but the building that we did target -- which was where the meeting took place -- is about 50 feet (15 metres) from a mosque that is still standing," said Colonel John J. Thomas, spokesman for US Central Command. The Centcom spokesman later clarified that the precise location of the strike was unclear -- but that it was the same one widely reported to have targeted the village mosque in Al-Jineh, in Aleppo province."We are going to look into any allegations of civilian casualties in relation to this strike," he added”
Maybe the next announcement from Centcom will be to blame the mosque for picking up it’s foundations and moving next to the targeted building, because that’s how absurd the spin is!The latest has the US admitting to the strike, but, not the targetThe US admission to this strike is odd for so many reasons- They are claiming a hit on AQ- and low and behold who do we have present for the promotional imagery? AQ masquerading as rescuers, of course, it's the White Helmets. How are the White Helmets going to present this? Since it's quite possible they called in/gave location for the strike on civilians. Are they going to chastize the US to give themselves credibility and also sell the necessity of a no fly/safe zone. In another Oscar worthy performance? And the Oscar goes to..... The Greatest Unconscious Carrier of Propaganda! They don't call this the war theatre for nothing!Civil defence team members try to rescue people who trapped under the debris of the mosque on 16 March, 2017 Now let's get to where we have Israel openly admitting their strikes on SyriaAll of a sudden we have the US and Israel both admitting they struck Syria. Openly talking about civilian casualties and intercepting missiles etc., Pretext alert. That’s my feeling... Early reporting: Israel acknowledges targeting Syria! (Unusual)
Israeli fighter jets struck several targets in Syria early Friday, prompting retaliatory anti-aircraft missile launches, in the most serious incident between the two countries since the Syrian civil war began six years ago.Syrian forces said they had downed an Israeli plane and hit another as they were carrying out pre-dawn strikes near the famed desert city of Palmyra that they recaptured from jihadists this month.Israel denied this, saying all its aircraft had returned unscathed.“(Our) aircraft was at no point compromised,” army spokesman Peter Lerner said.According to the Syrian forces, the Israeli warplanes attacked a military target near Palmyra, in what they described as an act of aggression that aided ISIS.The Israeli air force said earlier that it had carried out several strikes on Syria overnight, but that none of the ground-to-air missiles fired by Syrian forces in response had hit Israeli aircraft.“Overnight… aircraft targeted several targets in Syria,” an Israeli army statement said in an unusual confirmation by the Jewish state of air raids inside the war-torn country.“Several anti-aircraft missiles were launched from Syria following the mission and (army) aerial defense systems intercepted one of the missiles.”None of the missiles fired from Syria hit their targets, the army added.
One missile was intercepted north of Jerusalem by Israel’s Arrow air defense system, Israeli media reported. The army said the incident was the cause of sirens that wailed in Jewish settlement communities in the Jordan Valley area of the West Bank.
Israeli planes strike triggering interception:
Israel’s military carried out aerial strikes in Syria and intercepted missiles launched at its aircraft from the ground, the Israel Defense Forces spokesperson said in an unusual statement.Israel Air Force “aircrafts targeted several targets in Syria. Several anti-aircraft missiles were launched from Syria following the mission and IDF Aerial Defense Systems intercepted one of the missiles.Debris from the missiles, which were intercepted by the Arrow defense system over Jordan, landed on residential homes in the west of that country near Inba and Irbid, the report said.
According to the Syrian media, that country’s defense ministry is claiming that one Israeli plane was downed and another was damaged from anti-aircraft fire.
“At 02:40 a.m. aerial forces penetrated the space over the al-Buraiej region, passing through Lebanese airspace and striking a military outpost in the area of the city of Palmyra in the Homs District at the heart of the country,” a statement by the Syrian army’

The General Command of the Army and the Armed Forced announced on Friday that the Syrian air defense downed one of four Israeli warplanes that violated the Syrian airspace and targeted a military site in the eastern countryside of Homs.According to a statement by the Command, the four Israeli aircrafts violated the Syrian airspace in al-Breij area through the Lebanese territories at 2:40 am.The Israeli warplanes targeted a military site near Palmyra in the eastern countryside of Homs, said the Army’s Command, confirming that the Syria air defense forces confronted the enemy’s aircrafts and shot down one of them inside the occupied territories, hit another and forced the other two to withdraw.“This blatant Israeli act of aggression came as part of the Zionist enemy’s persistence with supporting ISIS terrorist gangs and in a desperate attempt to raise their deteriorating morale and divert attention away from the victories which Syrian Arab Army is making in the face of the terrorist organizations,” the statement read.
Israel and the US admitting they struck Syria, within hours of one another. One final thought- the attack on Syria is most obviously a war waged by the US and Israel against Syria- Those two nations are the major players against Syria.
