It can be downloaded from the official website and also from the Internet Archive. Usually, official documents have something to say, and back this up with evidence. It isn’t clear entirely from reading this short, 55 page effort, what its authors are saying, outside of Russia bad.

The Enemy Within was a good spy series that got cancelled after one season. Bummer. But in the intro claimed there are 100,000 spies living in the U.S. That always kind of fascinated me every time I watched an episode. I mean, that seems like a lot of spies.

With nods to Russian versions of MK ULTRA, the story centers around the NKVD style creation of sex operatives at work in the “new Cold War” between the “free” west and “evil” Russia. “Noble” CIA operatives square off against perverse Putin-looking Russkies in this laughable portrayal.
