A former Jacksonville, Florida police officer has been sentenced to life in prison for paying a Texas woman to sexually abuse her 3-year-old daughter and send photos to the officer.
The Office of the Chief State’s Attorney confirmed that a New London, Connecticut police officer was arrested on Monday for punching a man in the face giving him lacerations on his lip.
It is unusual for a police chief to get arrested and tased, because they are the head of the department.
But the police chief of the Drexel Police Department in Missouri got drunk, started an argument with a man, pointed a gun in the man’s face, and then was arrested for it; not to mention the police chief was tasered in the process. Drexel is about an hour south of Kansas City.
It is all fun and games until someone gets hurt. A police captain in Wichita, Kansas got angered at a female teenage referee and ran on the game court deciding to take matters into his own hands.

Now the Wichita police captain has been arrested for battery and disorderly conduct.
It is not often that a cop kills a cop, especially when they are married to each other.
But a North Carolina sheriff’s deputy killed her husband in a domestic dispute on the Martin Luther King holiday. The police department revealed today that no charges have been filed yet and the case is still under investigation.
Deputy Sheriff Rataba Hawkins shot and killed her husband, Deputy Sheriff James Hawkins.
Despite having the highest rate of police shooting deaths in the nation, New Mexico’s governor is trying to pass a law giving legal immunity to cops who kill and abuse.
Governor Susana Martinez, a former prosecutor, says the law would protect taxpayers from having to pay settlements resulting from police abuse.
But who is going to protect the taxpayers from the cops?
Obviously, not her.
Body cam footage shows Michigan cops handcuffing an 11-year-old at gunpoint while looking for an attempted murder suspect on December 6.
The only problem: the murder suspect was a 40-year-old white woman named Carrie Manning.
Footage from the 45-second clip shows Grand Rapids cops treating Honestie Hodges like an adult suspect as she screams in terror.
Honestie approaches police with her hands up, but apparently approached too quickly for one of the officers.
Recently released body cam video shows two Ohio cops using their tasers to punish two brothers for not sitting down in their own home, even though neither of them were under arrest for committing a crime.
One of them suffered a collapsed lung, according to Cincinnati.com.
The incident left both men, who had clean records, with criminal convictions.
