Two brothers, age 15 and 16, repeatedly punched John Weed in the head and knocked him out with a sucker punch before spitting on him while he laid on the ground dying. The 15-year-old, who reportedly delivered the fatal blow, was tried as a juvenile and pleaded guilty to manslaughter.

The victim said a man (Greenberg) got in an argument with him and stabbed him multiple times with a pocket folding knife. Greenberg was recorded on video attacking a conservative activist at UC Berkeley. last year and he pleaded guilty to sucker-punching the activist, but the DA failed to prosecute him.

The city is at 75 days of riots and now most of the rioters won’t see the inside of a courtroom much less the inside of a jail cell. That means there will be no disincentive to rioting. Portland will suffer greatly.

The police department's $400 million budget was cut by about $3 million. Council member Kshama Sawant was the sole "no" vote because she felt the proposals didn't go far enough. Riots broke out and Amazon, Whole Foods, and a Chase Bank were vandalized. Police Chief Carmen Best has resigned from her position.

Tens of thousands of criminals are being released from prisons across the country allegedly over COVID-19 concerns, and this is one of the many reasons for the spike in crime.

Quran Campbell is accused of striking NYPD Police Chief Monahan and punching two other officers. Campbell was released without bail under the new criminal justice laws. “If the mayor were doing his job properly, we wouldn’t have these issues. If the DAs were prosecuting the laws, we wouldn’t have these issues."

Forest City Police Department officials said that Shaquille Marshon Francis allegedly murdered the girl just three hours after he had been released from jail. Earlier in the day, he was arrested and booked for allegedly pointing a gun at someone, and he was released hours later, enabling him to kill the little girl.

The victim, Danny Pruitt, is a single father and a disabled veteran. He is on life support with a bullet lodged in his brain. The suspect is out of jail on a $60,000 bond, thanks to criminal justice reform and bail reform.

Due to so-called criminal justice-reform policies that include no-cash bail, Rashid Brimmage has been released repeatedly although he is a registered sex offender with over 100 arrests for charges ranging from sexual abuse and groping women on the subway to punching strangers.

The Black Lives Matter Foundation launched a petition last week to defund all police departments across the country. BLM co-founder, Patrisse Cullors, wants to abolish prisons. Another goal of Black Lives Matter is to disrupt the "Western prescribed nuclear family structure".
