Sheriff Don Barnes rejected Superior Court Judge Peter Wilson's order to release of 1,858 dangerous inmates over concerns about spreading Covid-19. Sheriff Barnes said that low level offenders have already been released and what remains are dangerous criminals that include murderers and child molesters.

If Democrats take control over all three branches of government, they plan to pass the Heroes Act that will allow a permanent Democrat majority. Illegal aliens would receive stimulus checks. Federal inmates with 'health conditions' will be released. States will receive a $500-million grant to release inmates.

After Garza harassed the Trump supporters, he reportedly ignored a stop sign and sped into an intersection, striking 2 vehicles, overturning one and causing injury to 2 people. Garza was arrested on suspicion of reckless driving causing injury, which is a misdemeanor allegation.

The dismissal of all misdemeanor crimes, excluding DUI and domestic violence, effectively legalizes those crimes. The new law was introduced into the budget process, rather than in the open with a hearing, and would open the floodgates for crime, including theft, assault, harassment, trespass and more.

A customer says the problem is due to the lack of police and politicians who are afraid to enforce the law. In most cases, for simple shoplifting, the criminal is simply released with conditions. Radical criminal justice reform is a failure.

So for non-Angelenos it may have come as a surprise when Kamala Harris, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Ayanna Pressley, Maxine Waters, Color of Change, Nanette Barragán, the California Democratic Party, the Los Angeles Democratic Party, the Working Families Party all endorsed her opponent George Gascón. Lacey is a so-called "tough on crime" DA who has been opposed to the reform movement sweeping D.A. offices around the country.

The DOJ cited the causes of the problem: rising gun violence, cuts to the NYPD’s budget, and the refusal by various Soros-funded district attorneys to prosecute rioters and vandals.

Soros funding is perhaps the most important single cause of the growing street terrorism in America and in other countries as well. The fact that this is taboo for public discussion at the supposedly conservative Fox News and even the White House, is powerful evidence of controlled opposition.

Governor Brown has rejected President Trumps offer to send in the National Guard and instead called for local sheriffs to help. Two sheriffs rejected her request, due to the lack of political support for police, and anti-law-enforcement courts all of which presents too much risk to their officers.

Kamala Harris solicited donations for protesters to help post bail for those arrested during the riots. At least 13 members of Biden's staff sent money to the rioters in Minneapolis. Biden has pledged that, if he is elected, he will end cash bail in every state.
