A witness with the pro-Israel crowd said that pro-Palestinian protesters crossed the street and hit Mr. Kessler on the head with a megaphone, causing him to fall and hit his head. There are conflicting stories about who the aggressor was whether Mr. Kessler's fall was precipitated by a blow. No arrests have been made.
