TENSION: Engineered ‘Civil Unrest’ in the UK Planned for This Summer?

21st Century Wire
says…
All the signs are that something serious might be brewing in the UK this summer. The big question is: is it a genuine grassroots uprising, or is this being engineered by design?
Yesterday in London, 5 people including one police officer, were stabbed during the course of three different social media-driven ‘gatherings’ in public parks across the capital. We’re also told that 5 officers were injured while trying to regulate the crowd. Hundreds of riot police and support staff, including a helicopter, were deployed one hour later.

Social Network and Media-Driven Flash Mobs
This week in London, the largest of the three ‘events’ featured around 4,000 youths in Hyde Park for what was billed as a “water fight”. In reality, this was merely an opportunity to place a large mob into a controlled setting in one of the most regulated central spaces in London. Back in the summer of 2011 during the week-long London Riots, youths used Blackberry Messenger (BBM) as the main organizing tool to manifest on-demand. In 2016, powered by advanced iPhone and Android smart phones, social network platforms like Twitter, WhatsApp, Snapchat and Facebook are the primary tool of choice to drive any flash mob or snap street protest.
As shown by a number of well-funded ‘social enterprise’ NGOs and PR companies, these social media campaigns and ‘gatherings’ can be created, directed and weaponized – in order to produce overseas ‘color revolution’ or any presence on the street. This also goes for social media campaigns and ‘events’ on western streets too.
Admittedly, when 4,000 youth converge on any public space, the potential for a serious incident goes up considerably, but the UK’s Daily Mail appeared to be overselling the incident when it reported that this Hype Park manifestation was “the city’s worst bout of violence since the 2011 riots,” which seems like an attempt to oversell this incident, in effect, evoking memories of the 2011 London Riots – a dark spot on the capital’s recent history.
With any events like this, the media certain play a key role in amplifying narratives of tension. The BBC described it as “horrific scenes of violence”, even though London’s Met Police officials state that the officer was only stabbed in the hand, and that the injuries to the other officers are not serious, nor life threatening – and no arrests were made.
Race Identity Politics + Social Engineering = ‘Civil Unrest’
What becoming abundantly clear is how the way in which these events are being covered and strategically amplified by the media – ANYTHING can potentially ignite a mass ‘civil unrest’ situation anywhere in the US and in Europe, and possibly beyond, as remnant Arab Spring narratives continue to ripple and reverberate across social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.

America’s culture and race war narratives are now echoing in British social networks, as followers rapidly appropriate and absorb the campaign slogans for a UK social market, with many in the streets claiming that events in Hyde Park “kicked off” in the spirit of US professional activist organization known as ‘Black Lives Matter.
The same is happening on the continent. Only last night, street violence broke out in France after a young man died in police custody. AFP reports:
“Angry crowds hurled petrol bombs at police and set cars alight in an area north of Paris overnight following the death of a young man in police hands earlier this week, a French official said.
It seems that reactionary elements in the media are quick to characterize what would normally be classed as general criminal behavior, suddenly as “racially motivated violence.”
SGT Report says:
In other words, it appears as though we’re on the brink of societal chaos, and we’re not the only ones who think so. “We are sitting on a powder keg,” Charles Ramsey, the former D.C. police chief and one-time Philadelphia police commissioner, told NBC News’ “Meet the Press” on Sunday. “You can call it a powder keg. You can say that we’re handling nitroglycerin, but obviously, when you just look at what’s going on, we’re in a very, very critical point in the history of this country.”
What is going to set it off? Ramsey fears “some incident” at one of the national political conventions later this month.
Add to this, a new hashtag campaign which has been suddenly released in the public sphere, #BlueLivesMatter referring to police on the “Thin Blue Line” who are said to have been targeted in a recent series of rather unlikely series of bizarre ‘lone gunman’ events, like the Dallas Sniper Event and the Baton Rogue Shooting taking place in the US over the past two weeks, involving a motley collection of rogue ‘ex-military’ shooters and snipers. Is this a case of the police vs. the public now?
Yesterday, the UK Column News reported that it has received information about an impending temporary shutdown of Central London’s vast CCTV network scheduled for two weeks in August, presumably for a ‘installation upgrade’ which could be for a new high-definition facial recognition system. This story maybe linked with statements made in early July about London’s Westminster Council considering shutting down the CCTV network, they say in order to save £1.7m per year. When considering recent ‘unrest’ events in the UK, Europe and the US however, such a security shutdown could either coincide with, or precede a major civil unrest event.

Street Politics: Done by Wall Street
In the current divisive political climate, where third sector organizations are being funded and steered by multi-billion dollar foundations and NGOs internationally, including the militant political ‘activist’ organization, Black Lives Matter – funded by Wall Street billionaire George Soros, the prospect of socially engineered unrest is a very real possibility and should be looked at seriously.

SGT Report
comments on the deteriorating contrived political situation in the US:
“By now most Americans who lean, politically, to the Left have made up their minds about the so-called ‘epidemic’ of police shootings of black men around the country. It’s real, cops are the real threat to peace, and none of the men who have been killed in recent years were doing anything wrong. That is the narrative being put out by the race-baiters and race hustlers for the purpose of agitation; they are seeking radical changes in the way America is governed. The fact that there isn’t an epidemic and that whites and Hispanics are actually being killed at higher numbers by police doesn’t matter; it runs counter to the narrative being put out by the mainstream media and others, so it is a fact that gets trampled under the feet of so many protestors.”
Regarding the contrast between the 1960’s and 2016, SGT Report adds:
“What makes today much different than the violent protests of the turbulent 1960s and early 1970s is that officially, those protests were not being sanctioned [per say] by anyone in power. The administrations of President Lyndon B. Johnson and President Richard M. Nixon both condemned and sought to undermine and quell the unrest. The current occupant of the White House, by contrast, is not doing any of those things. Quite the opposite, in fact. Barack Obama the primary instigator of it. To watch him claim that we’re not seeing what we’re really seeing is about as Orwellian as it gets. Obama has been the instigator-in-chief of our racial division since the earliest days of his presidency, and police officers, especially, have been in his crosshairs.”
Soros-funded ‘community organizing’ portals like MoveOn.org have already been implicated in directly organizing planned unrest, specifically targeting Donald Trump’s Republican Party presidential campaign beginning in Chicago in the spring, adding to what is already shaping up to be one of the most divisive US elections in history – pitting Hillary Clinton against Donald Trump.

To what end? In the US, it’s clearly a high stakes political contest. In Europe, it’s already been demonstrated that the agenda is increased central control of power, and further restricted rights of individuals, warrantless home searches and random arrests – all in the name of ‘security’? This seems to have been the social control and government agenda in France over the last 18 months.
Add to this France’s violent general workers’ strikes (above) which has hardly been reported in the western media over the last 3 months, and then a series of highly questionable ‘ISIS-inspired’ terrorist attacks in Europe, as well as the UK’s carefully orchestrated BREXIT political and social polarization, and finally with politically potent ‘Migrant Crisis’ narratives constantly on offer now – the scene is set for a protracted global summer of tension for sure.
Is it real, or is it by design?
