There are little bits I am not a fan of, but, overall Mr Henningsen offers up a good outline, similar to much of the information I have been able to find and bring to your attention. I will relink some of the background information assembled here.And I am in agreement 100 percent with his assertion that we need to get smarter and sharpen our critical thinking skills. So we can't get fooled again and again and again.
