2- Russian amb. rejects reports on Iran, Turkey, Russia agreement on removal of AssadI'd seen these reports claiming Turkey, Iran and Russia making an agreement to remove Assad.I had my doubts, but, ya never know?
TEHRAN, May 16 (MNA) – Rejecting some reports on Iran, Russia and Turkey's agreement to remove Syrian President from the power, Russian ambassador to Tehran Levan Dzhagaryan told Mehr News Agency that the future of President Assad and Syria will be decided by Syrian people through free transparent elections, not by us.
Also, I would like to highly appreciate the joint efforts by Astana format member countries, Russia, Turkey, and Iran. We are the main players on the ground. Thanks to our trilateral efforts military operation on Syria’s ground stopped and paved the away for forces to start negotiations
3-Turkish-Backed Militants Clash With Kurdish Militants In Northern Aleppo
According to the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), the clashes took place near the town of Hazwan. The town is located 9 km northwest of the city of al-Bab, the main stronghold of Turkish-backed forces in northern Aleppo.Opposition sources claimed that the clashes erupted when the Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA) detected an infiltration attempt by Kurdish forces.Such clashes between Turkish and Kurdish forces are common in northern Aleppo. However, they are becoming more frequent and violent.
4-France Assists Kurds In Carving Out Terror State in SyriaTo all those who are nearly entirely critical of Turkey, while giving the US backed PKK annexers a free pass. Keep supporting global terrorism as promoted by the 5 + 1 Eyes.
“There are numerous Kurdish politicians, who are talented and capable of representing the Syrian Kurds in their respective areas. But the YPG terrorists are not the ones to cooperate with,” he warned.Later in the broadcast, the top diplomat continued to lash out at France over its support to the illegitimate Haftar rule in the North African country"
“Despite a NATO statement, France continues to support him,” he said.”
The goal is still to carve out a terror state. That has always been the goal. As I’d written years ago here. Think of Israel, Kosovo and “Kurdistan”. Or the Khazars, the Kosovars and the Kurds. The Triple K Terror Threat. It’s all the same. As Israel was created to destabilize the region, Kosovo does the same for Russia. Wash, Rinse and Repeat for Kurdistan. Destabilizing the region, benefiting Israel and impeding the "silk road" being negotiated between Russia/China and many points in between.
We see Assad is a smart guy. He’s got good advisers. Probably Russian and Chinese in the mix. He wants to make Syria the center of the world.Cue the Americans- who do not want this- nor Israel because they will lose their strategic influence. And as always the Kurds can be employed as they have been for decades/centuries to wage war. They want a nation state? And Israel and the US want to block the Silk Road and Syria’s rise as a regional power backed by both Russia and China. So use the Kurdish proxies, and others, to destabilize 4 nations/ win for Israel/USNot so good for Russia. China. Iran. Iraq. Turkey. Syria.
Hopefully you all 'get' why I write about the Birth Pangs (Condoleezza Rice)Perhaps those very, very vocal critics of Turkey, despite the reality on the ground, are Macron toadies? Israeli toadies? US assets? PKK pals? Or some combination of all of the aforementioned? 5-Arabnews -Turkey, Greece and France jockey for position in post-war Syria
"This week, France held talks with Kurdish parties in northeastern Syria, a move likely to rub salt in the wounds caused by escalating tensions between Turkey and France over Libya and Syria. The talks were part of an effort to unify Syrian Kurds in preparation for a potential peace settlement in the war-torn country. Relations between Turkey and France increasingly have been strained in recent years, mainly because of divergent policies on the region. France has been the most outspoken critic within the EU of Turkey’s role in Syria. For example, President Emmanuel Macron criticized the military offensive launched by Ankara in northern Syria in October 2019. In response, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu accused Macron of sponsoring terrorism. In 2018, Syrian Kurdish militias urged France to take a more active role in the conflict, with French military forces later arriving in Kurdish-controlled areas."
Last time I checked a map Turkey and Syria share a common border. France and Syria do not. Making which nation the true interloper? Of course France is, as always, doing what it can do to cater to Israel. 6- Interesting audio- Dispatch podcast: The UK's secret campaigns in SyriaUnder 30 minutes- How British intelligence employed propaganda in Syria and in the UK against it's own was very interesting
