Why The L.A. Times Endorsed Lee Rogers Instead Of One Of The Two Right-Wing Republicans
The L.A. Times is a Republican-owned newspaper and-- in a heavily Democratic city-- they tend to bend editorially towards as conservative a direction as they can get away with.
Tony Strickland Brings The Republican Party's War On Women To Santa Clarita Valley
Right-wing ideologue and career politician Tony Strickland-- likely to continue making horrible hiring decisionsI wonder if Tony Strickland wishes he had stayed in Ventura County's congressional race against Julia Brownley instead of hopping into the crowded field to replace Buck McKeon in the district next door.
2014-- Can You Imagine A Serious Candidate Standing Up At A Debate Opposing ENDA

They wanted to remain as part of Ventura County. Tony Strickland's part of Simi Valley stayed behind with the rest of Ventura, in CA-26 and he ran, unsuccessfully, for the open seat there against Democrat Julia Brownley. She beat him 53-47% and he immediately began his rematch campaign.
Buck McKeon Finally Retiring-- Good Riddance!

If you're even a semi-regular DWT reader, you've known that for months. Buck's family has started a war industries lobbying firm and he'll be moving over there.
