This is an extract from a speech at the ‘Alternative Investment Forum’ on 9th February 2018.

Courtesy of opendemocracy.net, here is the transcript of my speech of 29th January at the House of Commons. The theme? How should Jeremy Corbyn’s Labour Party secure a progressive Brexit consistent with a socialist agenda for the UK but also with DiEM25’s campaign to democratise Europe.

In what was a tremendous honour, the Bloody Sunday March organising committee invited me to Derry’s Guildhall to deliver the annual memorial lecture highlighting the legacy of Bloody Sunday and linking it with Brexit and DiEM25’s pan-European campaign for democracy and shared prosperity. Afterwards, I was treated to the even greater honour of a public discussion with the legendary civil rights campaigner Bernadette Devlin – DiEM25’s latest member!

In our post-modern world, two contradictory presuppositions dominate: total and all-encompassing relativism and extreme mathematical quantification in terms of technological dominance. Globalism itself is the clearest manifestation of this double-think, with Trump as an icon of both. Corporatism, mammonism and relativism all coalesce into a sodomy-based world order.

In a previous piece we reported the outgoing Arizona Republican Senator (and Never Trumper) Jeff Flake giving a 14 minute speech to an all-but empty Senate floor.  This speech was attended by all of two – yes, only two Senators, both of them not big Trump fans, either, these two being Dick Durbin and Amy Klobuchar.
However, the good Senator lied.  What is particularly sad about this is that he lied while giving a speech that was about truthfulness.

Even most of the Trump-haters stayed away from this one.  On the day that President Trump had announced for his “Fake News Awards” program, Arizona Senator Jeff Flake took to the Senate Floor to lambaste the president for his strong remarks against the mainstream media.

Campaign for Liberty in Memphis invited me to do a lecture on the topic of Hollywood and Geopolitics. In this talk, I cover the origins of Hollywood and the simultaneous geopolitical rise in the Atlanticist establishment with the Rothschilds, Rhodes and Milner Groups, as well as the influence of their “brains” in characters like Bertrand Russell and HG Wells. From there we see that Hollywood is a giant arm of the octopus that is collapsing.
