Young Turks Reporter Fired Over Sexual Allegations Sues Huffington Post for $23.5M

(SP— Former Young Turks reporter Jordan Chariton filed a defamation and libel lawsuit against Huffington Post and its owner, Oath, over a contributor posting that publicized sexual allegations against him.
The post was taken down by editors but not immediately removed from Google’s indexing for news websites. It ultimately led to the Young Turks firing Chariton on November 17.

Trump can sue psychiatrists who call him insane

During the 1964 US Presidential election, the now defunct Fact Magazine published a piece smearing Republican Presidential candidate Barry Goldwater as insane. The piece featured analysis from psychiatric professionals who had never met Goldwater.
The magazine’s piece made a mockery of Goldwater’s widely read book, The Conscience of A Conservative.
