Every so often during the Russiagate story, whenever one senses growing doubts about some aspect of the story, a gigantic article appears in some part of the US media which appears intended to still those doubts.
The latest example a gigantic article by Raffi Khatchadourian which has recently appeared in the New Yorker, and which is purportedly about Julian Assange, but which when read carefully is actually about Russiagate.

WASHINGTON, D.C.– In the latest complication for the “Russiagate” scandal, a new analysis has suggested that files and email stolen from the Democratic National Committee (DNC) were copied to a USB drive by someone with physical access to a computer that had DNC server access, indicating that the committee’s records were not hacked remotely by foreign actors, as has been alleged.
Guccifer 2.0 is back and had a lot to say about the recent “Russia hacker fake news” being spread around by Obama and CIA Intelligence.
In a post on the hackers official blog, Guccifer 2.0 slams the “fake evidence” presented by the US Intelligence community in the ODNI report.
The narrative continues to rest on unsubstantiated allegations.
