Oklahoma: Police Officer Indicted for Murder After Returning Fire and Killing an Active Shooter

A representative from the Oklahoma Fraternal Order of Police said that this is the first time in American history that a police officer or anybody has been charged with the crime of murder for firing at an active shooter in self defense.
