Soros-backed Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg is prosecuting the case despite a wave of public support for Daniel Penny. Two witnesses are speaking out and defending Penny's actions. People who support the right to self defense have donated over $2.6 million to an account to pay Penny's legal bills.

Army Sergeant Daniel Perry, who was working as an Uber driver, killed Garrett Foster, a Black Lives Matter protestor who Perry says pointed an AK-47 gun at his car. A photo shows Foster holding his rifle, but it is disputed whether he is pointing it at Perry's car or at the ground.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, a Democrat whose campaign funding is affiliated with George Soros and progressive crime policies, charged Mr. Alba, who appeared to act in self defense, with murder in the second degree and locked him up at Riker's Prison on $250,000 bail.

Of the 2.5 million times citizens use their guns to defend themselves every year, the overwhelming majority merely brandish their gun or fire a warning shot to scare off their attackers. Less than 8% of the time, a citizen will kill or wound his/her attacker.

New legislation proposes a national firearm registry that anyone can access. It informs where firearms are stored, requires an $800 license with mandatory “psychological evaluations”, and, if any of the provisions are violated, it could lead to a prison sentence of up to 40 years and a fine of up to $150,000.

A judge removed Democrat prosecutor Kim Gardener, who was funded by George Soros, from the case against the McCloskeys, the armed couple who defended themselves and their property after a Black lives Matter group broke down the gate in the gated community in June.

Rittenhouse faces charges of first-degree intentional homicide, reckless homicide and attempted intentional homicide. He faces up to life imprisonment if convicted. Cash bail was set at $2 million. All three of the men who Rittenhouse shot had violent criminal histories.
